In order to increase cooperation and social responsibility services for social contribution, Uşak University aims to both work more effectively with graduates and increase awareness of social values through the development of lifelong learning opportunities. In this direction, it adopts the following approaches to social contribution:
1. Establishes the “Social Contribution Management Model” that will ensure the quality of services that can meet the needs and expectations of the society and leads the effective execution of activities with the participation of all units.
2. It carries out its social contribution activities by establishing sustainable relations with local private institutions, public institutions and organizations and non-governmental organizations and all segments of the society.
3. It determines and evaluates the needs and expectations of all segments of the society within the scope of its activities and shapes its products and services accordingly.
4. It enables its staff to focus on social problems and encourages the production of social responsibility projects. It increases the productivity and performance of its staff by constantly motivating its staff to improve the quality of service to the society.
5. It strengthens the interaction with all segments of the society through academic activities, cultural, sportive and artistic activities it organizes.
6. It effectively uses wide communication channels (social media, visual and audio communication tools, press-broadcasting, etc.) in order to achieve its social contribution goal.
7. It measures the satisfaction level of the stakeholders and provides the necessary improvements by taking into account the stakeholder feedback.
8. It prepares annual self-evaluation reports on social contribution processes, determines performance indicators, monitors them and organizes improvement activities.
9. Identifies, analyzes and manages risks related to community service activities.
10.In service to society, it respects human rights, religious and ethnic differences, cultural and spiritual values.
Uşak University adopts the following social contribution policy while presenting its approaches in this area.

environment.
· It trains qualified human resources that will contribute to sustainable social development at local, regional, national and universal levels.
· In order to continue its contribution to social development in its activities, it ensures the continuity of encouraging structures in line with social innovation.
